PF1510是一款电源管理IC(PMIC)，专为低功耗便携式、智能穿戴和物联网(IoT)应用中的i.MX处理器而设计。

它还能够为i.MX 7ULP、i.MX 6SL、6UL、6ULL和6SX处理器提供完整的电源解决方案。

PF1510配备3个高效降压转换器、3个线性稳压器、DDR参考和RTC电源，能够为整个系统供电，包括应用处理器、存储器和系统外设。PF1510采用高能效、节省空间的5x5mm QFN封装。

  • 线性前端输入LDO(1500mA输入限制)
  • 高达6.5V的输入工作范围

  • 3个降压转换器
  • 3个LDO稳压器
  • LDO/开关电源
  • RTC电源VSNVS 3.0V，2.0mA

  • DDR存储器参考电压，VREFDDR，0.5至0.9V，10mA
  • OTP(一次性编程)存储器，用于器件配置
  • 用户可编程的启动顺序、时序、软启动和关断顺序

  • 用户可编程的待机、睡眠/低功耗和关机(REGS_DISABLE)模式
