TJA1051是一款高速CAN收发器，可在控制器局域网(CAN)协议控制器和物理双线CAN总线之间提供接口。该收发器专为汽车行业的高速CAN应用而设计，可以为(微控制器中的)CAN协议控制器提供发送和接收差分信号的功能。

TJA1051是恩智浦推出的第三代高速CAN收发器，相比第一代和第二代器件(如TJA1050)，性能显著提升。它提升了电磁兼容性(EMC)，并提高了静电放电(ESD)性能，同时还提供以下特性：

  • 电源电压关闭时CAN总线的理想无源性能
  • TJA1051T/3和TJA1051TK/3可直接连接电源电压为3V至5V的微控制器

一般特性

  • 完全符合11898-2:2003标准
  • 在CAN FD快速相位中，时序保证数据速率高达5Mbit/s
  • 适用于12V和24V系统
  • 低电磁辐射(EME)和高电磁抗扰性(EMI)
  • TJA1051T/3和TJA1051TK/3上的VIO输入允许直接连接3V至5V微控制器(分别提供SO8和极小的HVSON8封装)
  • TJA1051T/E上的EN输入允许微控制器将收发器切换至电流消耗极低的关闭模式
  • 提供SO8封装和无引脚HVSON8封装(3.0mm×3.0mm)，提升了自动光学检测(AOI)能力
  • 深绿色产品(无卤素且符合有害物质限制(RoHS)规范)
  • 经过AEC-Q100认证

低功耗管理

  • 所有供电状态下的功能行为均可预测
  • 收发器会在断电(零负载)时脱离总线

  • 总线引脚具有高静电放电(ESD)处理能力
  • 在汽车环境中对总线引脚提供抗瞬态保护
