TJA1043是一款高速CAN收发器，可在控制器局域网(CAN)协议控制器和物理双线式CAN总线之间提供接口。该收发器专为汽车行业的高速CAN应用而打造，可以为(微控制器中的)CAN协议控制器提供发送和接收差分信号的功能。

TJA1043是恩智浦半导体的第三代高速CAN收发器，相比第一代和第二代器件(如TJA1041A)，有明显的改进。它提升了电磁兼容性(EMC)和静电放电(ESD)性能，具有极低的功耗和电源电压关闭时的无源性能。高级功能包括：

  • 低功耗电源管理控制整个节点的电源，同时支持本地和远程唤醒并具有唤醒源识别功能
  • 多种保护和诊断功能，包括总线线路短路检测和电池连接检测
  • 可以直接连接电源电压为3V至5V的微控制器

TJA1043实现了当前ISO11898标准(ISO11898-2:2003、 ISO11898-5:2007以及ISO11898-2:2016即将发布的更新版本)中定义的CAN物理层。包括CAN FD和SAE J2284-4/5的ISO11898-2:2016版本即将发布，规定了用于定义环路延迟对称性的新增时序参数。在CAN FD快速相位下，即使数据速率高达5Mbit/s，也能实现可靠的通信。

对于包含需要节点随时待命(即使内部VIO和VCC电源已关闭)的高速CAN网络，这些功能使TJA1043成为理想的选择。
