GD3162是一款先进的电流隔离单通道栅极驱动器，可驱动xEV牵引逆变器的新SiC和IGBT模块。

GD3162通过SPI上的可编程接口提供可调的动态栅极强度驱动。此外，此器件发生故障时，可自动开启高级可编程保护功能，并通过中断引脚报告电源器件和栅极驱动器的状态。

GD3162专为高功能安全等级系统(ASIL C/D)而设计，可满足汽车应用的严格要求，符合AEC-Q100 1级认证。

  • 增强驱动强度的集成升压能力：高达10/20/30A拉电流/灌电流
  • 最大VCC输出电压：25V
  • 可编程ADC延迟——PWM上升沿或下降沿的采样延迟高达8μs

保护

  • 集成的高压温度感测(TSENSE)，用于NTC热敏电阻或二极管传感器，具有可编程的偏移和增益
  • 快速的VCE DeSat检测和反应时间：<1µs(SiC)
  • 改进的PWM死区时间范围可降低开关损耗(SiC)
  • 可编程的两级关断(2LTO)和软关机(SSD)
  • 提供MCU控制或安全逻辑控制的栅极驱动，为DC link电容进行有效放电
