恩智浦®MC33810是8通道输出驱动器IC，专门用于汽车发动机控制应用。

  • 该IC包含4个集成的低边驱动器，以及4个低边栅极预驱动器。
  • 低边驱动器适用于驱动喷油器、电磁阀、车灯和继电器等
  • 4个栅极预驱动器既可以作为点火IGBT栅极预驱动器，也可作为通用MOSFET栅极预驱动器
  • 当作为通用栅极预驱动器时，MC33810向外部MOSFET提供短路保护、电感式反激保护和诊断。
  • 封装方式为32引脚(0.65mm 间距)裸焊盘SOIC。
