TJA1057是Mantis系列高速CAN收发器中的一员。它可在控制器局域网（CAN）协议控制器和物理双线式CAN总线之间提供接口。该收发器专用于汽车业的高速CAN应用，可以为（微控制器中的）CAN协议控制器提供发送和接收差分信号的功能。

TJA1057推出的功能集经过了优化，可用于12V汽车应用，相比恩智浦第一代和第二代CAN收发器（如TJA1050）有显著改进，而且电磁兼容（EMC）性能较好。

断开电源时，TJA1057还可以展现CAN总线理想的无源性能。

一般特性

  • 完全符合ISO11898-2:2016、SAEJ2284-1至SAEJ2284-5和SAEJ1939-14标准
  • 经过优化可用于12V汽车系统
  • 具备低电磁辐射（EME）和高电磁兼容（EMI）的能力，满足IEC62228-3和SAEJ2962-2等拟定的EMC标准。
  • 获得AEC-Q100认证
  • 深绿色产品（无卤素且符合有害物质限制（RoHS）规范）
  • TJA1057B和TJA1057C型号的传播延迟更短，支持更大的网络拓扑结构。
  • 有VIO引脚的型号能够直接连接3.3V到5V的微控制器。只要微控制器I/O容限电压为5V，无VIO引脚的型号就可以与3.3V和5V供电的微控制器连接。

可预测故障停车操作

  • 在各种电源条件下，功能操作均可预测
  • 收发器会在断电（零负载）时脱离总线
  • 以发送数据（TXD）为主的超时功能
  • TXD和S输入引脚的内部偏置

保护

  • 总线引脚具有较高的ESD处理能力（8kV IEC和HBM）
  • 在汽车应用环境下总线引脚具有瞬态保护功能
  • 引脚VCC和VIO提供欠压检测
  • 过热保护
