Quit for life® through UnitedHealthcare
The six-week Quit For Life program lets you work with a certified coach for one-on-one support to stay on track so you can stop using tobacco for good. This program offers:

Working with a wellness coach can help you stop using tobacco. Having someone in your corner can make all the difference. Your coach is there to keep you motivated, track your progress and celebrate your successes.

Congenital Heart Disease Resource Services (CHDRS) through United Healthcare
This resource service helps members find the right care available in the Centers of Excellence (COE) Network. The service features a specialized COE network and clinical management services to manage and support families through the process of facility selection, the in-patient stay and post discharge.
By choosing an Optum Centers of Excellence network medical center, the member will be more likely to have the following experiences:

- Care that is planned, coordinated and provided by a team of experts who specialize in their condition
