恩智浦MC33931是一款单片H桥电源IC，采用耐用的热增强型封装，主要针对汽车电子油门控制而设计，但也能用于电流和电压规格范围内的任何低压DC伺服电机控制应用。

  • MC33931 H桥能控制电感负载，峰值电流可达5.0A
  • RMS电流能力取决于器件封装的散热能力。当负载电流达到6.5A±1.5A以上时，内部峰值电流限制(控制)被激活。
  • 在频率达到11kHz时，可对输出负载进行脉宽调制
  • 面向中压H桥产品的Processor Expert®组件能够帮助您快速完成嵌入式应用的开发。

主要特性

  • 连续工作电压为8.0V至28V(瞬态电压范围为5.0V至40V)
  • 235mΩ最大导通电阻@结温=150°C(每个H桥MOSFET)
  • 3.0V和5.0V TTL/CMOS逻辑兼容输入
  • 通过内部恒定关断时间PWM进行过流限制(调节)
  • 输出短路保护(短接至VPWR或GND)
  • 与温度有关的电流限制阈值下降
  • 所有输入均有一个内部拉/灌电流来定义默认(浮动输入)状态
  • 睡眠模式电流消耗<50μA(每一半均有输入浮动或设置，以匹配默认逻辑状态)
