恩智浦®MC33886是一款单片式电源IC，将控制逻辑、电荷泵、栅极驱动以及低导通电阻MOSFET输出H桥电路集成到一个小型表面贴装封装中。

  • IC包括6个集成低边驱动器，3个预驱动器，一个VSR(可变磁阻传感器)输入电路，一个采用外部传输晶体管的前置稳压器，以及两个5.0V内部稳压器，其中一个用于MCU VCC供电，另一个用作受保护的传感器电源
  • 电流驱动器可以在高达10 kHz的频率上进行脉宽调制(PWM)
  • 状态标志输出能检测并报告欠压、过热和过流条件
  • 典型应用包括：DC电机单导梯形螺纹执行器，伺服齿轮执行器，双向推力电磁和小马力电机控制
