结构内核自检(SCST)库是在运行时检测MCU内核中永久性硬件故障的软件产品。SCST库以上下文外的安全元素(SEooC)形式开发，它包含测试代码(原子测试)，这些代码采用预定义的测试向量刺激MCU内核子模块，并观察和评估内核逻辑响应。

SCST库可以检测单点故障或潜在故障；在这两种情况下，SCST仅检测永久性故障。它主要面向不使用硬件技术支持永久故障检测安全的MCU，如延迟锁定步骤：

  • 在运行时定期执行SCST可检测单点故障。
  • SCST在启动或关闭期间运行，可检测潜在故障，。
