  • 40个可配置I/O引脚在上电时默认为输入
  • 输出:
    • 可编程图腾柱(10 mA拉出,25 mA灌入)或开漏(25 mA灌入)具有边缘速率控制输出结构上电时默认为图腾柱。
    • 低电平有效的输出使能(1)输入引脚使所有输出三态变化可通过I²C总线将极性编程为高电平有效。上电时默认为1
    • 可在Acknowledge或STOP命令上对输出状态更改进行编程分别以逐字节更新输出或同时更新所有输出。上电时默认为Acknowledge。
  • 输入:
    • 开漏低电平有效的中断(1)输出引脚允许监视编程为输入的引脚的逻辑电平变化
    • 可编程中断屏蔽控制,适用于状态更改时无需中断的输入引脚
    • 极性反转寄存器允许在读取时反转I/O引脚的极性
  • 低电平有效的SMBus警示(1)输出引脚允许初始化SMBus的“警示响应地址”序列。序列初始化时发送自身的从地址。
  • 低电平有效的复位(1)输入引脚将器件恢复到上电默认状态
  • GPIO All Call地址允许使用相同的参数同时对多个器件进行编程
  • 使用3个地址引脚的64个可编程从地址
  • 可读取器件ID(制造商、器件类型和版本)
  • 为在PICMG应用中带电插入而设计
    • 线路干扰最小化(IOFF和上电三态)
    • 信号瞬变抑制(50 ns噪音滤波器和稳健的I²C总线状态机)
