BTS6305U是一款宽带、高线性度的预驱动放大器，适用于5G mMIMO基础设施应用，具有快速开关功能以支持TDD系统。该放大器的设计工作频率为2.4 GHz至4.2 GHz。采用3 mm × 3 mm × 0.85 mm 16端子HVQFN封装。

该放大器在所有端子上均受ESD保护。
