KW41Z无线MCU集成了一个2.4 GHz收发器，支持FSK/GFSK和O-QPSK调制，一个ARM® Cortex®-M0+ CPU，高达512KB闪存和128 KB SRAM，802.15.4分组处理器，硬件安全和外围设备，可满足目标应用的需求。
