NX3DV221是高带宽开关，设计用于切换手机和消费电子应用（比如手机、数码相机以及带集线器的笔记本或带有限USB I/O的控制器）中的高速USB2.0信号。该开关的宽带宽（1GHz）使传输的信号具有最小边沿和相位失真。该器件可将差分输出从USB主机设备多路复用到两个对应输出之一。该开关为双向开关，在输出处的高速信号衰减很少或根本没有。其设计用于低位间偏斜和高通道间噪声隔离，且兼容高速USB2.0（480Mbps）等各种标准。

  • 宽电源电压范围：2.3V至3.6V
  • 开关电压接受高达5.5V的信号
  • 当VCC=3.6V时，控制逻辑为1.8V
  • OE为高电平时的低功耗模式（最大值2µA）
  • 6Ω（最大值）导通电阻
  • 通道之间的0.1Ω（典型值）导通电阻不匹配
  • 6pF（典型值）通态电容
  • 高带宽（1.0GHz典型值）
  • 闭锁性能超过JESD 78B II类A级规定的100mA
