- FlexMemory：32字节 - 16 KB的用户可分段字节写入/擦除EEPROM，适用于数据表/系统数据。可擦写10M次以上的EEPROM和写入时间仅70 µs的闪存(出现电力故障时不会发生数据丢失或损坏)。无需用户或系统干预便可完成编程和擦除功能，工作电压降至1.71V时仍可完全工作。此外，512 KB的FlexNVM还用于额外程序代码、数据或EEPROM备份
