FXLS90系列是恩智浦最新一代的安全气囊碰撞传感器。

这些器件采用恩智浦专有的UMEMS传感技术，并结合QFN 4x4x1.45mm封装的信号调适ASIC进行设计。

这些器件具有用户可选的DSI3接口、32位SPI接口。它们能够以单轴或双轴独立配置测量从+/-15.5g到+/-500g的加速度。嵌入式DSP提供完全可编程的数字高通和低通滤波。

FXLS90系列完全符合AEC-Q100标准，工作温度高达125°C，符合AK LV 27的要求。该封装具有可润湿侧翼，用于焊料连接检查。FXLS90产品是根据ISO26262 2018版开发的，可用于ASIL D级系统。
