The automotive S08RN Family of 8-Bit MCUs is highly scalable, ranging from simple devices with 2kB Flash in 8-pin-packages for cost-effective solutions to feature-rich derivatives with 60kB Flash in 64-pin packages. The family-approach allows easy, pin and peripheral-compatible migration.
The S08RN MCU family is fully AEC-Q100 compliant and qualified up to 125°C ambient temperatures.
Integrated peripherals including Touch Sensing interface as well as motorcontrol-PWM simplify PCB design, and combined with a broad portfolio of device options, result in reduced BOM costs.
