P3S0200非常适合在通信和服务器应用中切换高速I3C信号，例如配有受限I3C I/O的服务器、工作站和笔记本电脑。该交换机的宽带宽(52 GHz)允许信号以最小的边缘和相位失真进行传输。该器件使用硬件选择引脚将I3C控制器的差分输出多路复用到两个相应目标之一。该交换机为双向，在输出端对高速信号的衰减很小或没有衰减。

General Features

  • 带选择引脚的I3C总线2:1或1:2多路复用器
  • 宽电源电压范围：2.3 V至3.6 V
  • 开关电压接受高达5.5 V的信号
  • 当VCC = 3.6 V时，控制逻辑为1.8 V
  • OE为高电平时的低功耗模式（最大值2 µA）
  • 6 Ω（最大值）导通电阻
  • 通道之间的0.1 Ω（典型值）导通电阻不匹配
  • 6 pF（典型值）通态电容
  • 高带宽（典型值52 MHz）
  • 闭锁性能超过JESD 78B II类A级规定的100 mA
  • ESD保护：
    • HBM JESD22-A114F 3A类超过8000 V
    • CDM JESD22-C101E超过1000 V
    • HBM超过12000 V，实现I/O接地保护
  • I3C或I²C 2:1或1:2多路复用器，带硬件选择引脚，允许总线电压高达5.5 V
  • 服务器DDR5 RDIMM I3C总线多路复用
  • 指定温度范围：-40 °C至+85 °C
