TJA1048是一款双高速CAN收发器，提供控制器区域网络(CAN)协议控制器和物理双线CAN总线之间的接口。该收发器主要用于汽车行业中的高速（最大1 Mbit/s）CAN应用，为（微控制器和）CAN协议控制器提供差分发射和接收能力。

TJA1048属于NXP Semiconductors的第三代高速CAN收发器，相比第一代和第二代器件，如TJA1040，有明显的改进。改进了电磁兼容性(EMC)和静电放电(ESD)性能，并且还具备：

  • 电源电压关闭时CAN总线的理想无源性能
  • 在两条通道上均有电流消耗极低的待机模式和总线唤醒能力
  • TJA1048T可直接连接电源电压为3 V至5 V的微控制器

对于所有类型的要求包含多个具备低功率模式并具有通过CAN总线唤醒能力的节点的HS-CAN网络，尤其是车身控制和网关单元，这些功能使TJA1048成为极佳的选择。

  • 可预知所有电源条件下的功能行为
  • 未通电时收发器会从总线脱开（零负载）
  • 唤醒接收器由VIO供电；允许关闭VCC

  • 总线引脚具有高ESD处理能力
  • 在汽车环境中对总线引脚提供抗瞬态保护
  • 发送数据(TXD)显性超时功能
  • 引脚VCC和VIO欠压检测
  • 热保护
