功能

基本信息

  • TJA1153A是一款具有睡眠模式和VIO电源引脚的安全HS-CAN收发器。VIO引脚可直接连接3.3 V和5 V微控制器
  • 符合ISO 11898-1:2015、ISO 11898-2:2016和SAE J2284-1至SAE J2284-5标准
  • 在经典CAN和CAN FD系统中运行,其仲裁相位比特率设置为125 kbit/s、250 kbit/s或500 kbit/s
  • 对于250 kbit/s和500 kbit/s的仲裁比特率,快速相位比特率可设置为仲裁比特率的两倍或四倍
  • 符合AEC-Q100 Rev-G标准(1级)
  • 低电磁辐射(EME)和高抗电磁干扰(EMI)
  • HVSON14小型塑料封装

  • 通过专用控制引脚EN和STB_N进行模式控制
  • 过热关断
