恩智浦MC33932在一个耐用的热增强型封装中有两个独立的单片式H桥电源IC。

  • 主要用于汽车电子油门控制，但是也能用于在所要求的电流和电压限制范围内的任何低压直流伺服电机控制应用
  • MC33932的每个H桥都能控制电感负载，峰值电流可达5.0A
  • RMS电流能力取决于器件封装的散热能力
  • 当负载电流达到6.5A ± 1.5A以上时，内部峰值电流限制(控制)被激活。
  • 在频率达到11kHz时，可对输出负载进行脉宽调制

  • 连续工作电压为8.0V至28V (瞬态电压范围为5.0V至40V)
  • 235mΩ最大导通电阻 @ 150°C (每个H桥MOSFET)
  • 3.0V和5.0V TTL / CMOS逻辑兼容输入
  • 通过内部恒定关断时间PWM进行过流限制(调节)
  • 输出短路保护(短接至VPWR或GND)
  • 与温度有关的电流限制阈值下降
  • 所有输入均有一个内部源/汇点来定义默认(浮动输入)状态
