该器件是符合SD 3.0规范的双向双路电压电平转换器，具有自动方向控制功能。它设计用于连接在1.8V或3.0V信号电平下工作的存储卡和具有1.2V至1.8V标称电源电压的主机。该器件支持SD 3.0 SDR104、SDR50、DDR50、SDR25、SDR12和SD 2.0高速(50MHz)和默认速度(25MHz)模式。该器件具有一个集成式电压可选的低压差稳压器，为卡端I/O供电(卡端I/O具有自动启用/禁用功能，连接到VSD电源引脚)，还具有内置EMI滤波器和强大的ESD保护(符合IEC61000-4-2第四级标准)。
