特征

  • IC卡接口
  • 用于IC的3 V或5 V电源（VDD和GND）
  • 三条专用保护半双工双向缓冲I/O线，用于卡片接触（C4、C7和C8）
  • DC-DC转换器用于生成VCC，由5 V +- 20%电源单独供电（VDDP和PGND）
  • 3 V或5 V +- 5%卡片电源电压调节(VCC)，适当去耦后具有下列特性：
    • ICC< 80 mA（VDDP = 4 V至6.5 V）
    • 处理40 nAs电流尖峰（最高20 MHz）
    • 控制上升和下降时间
    • 约120 mA时的滤波过载检测
  • 用于所有卡片接触的热保护和短路保护
  • 自动激活与取消激活序列：发生短路、卡片移走、过热、VDD或VDDP下降等事件时，可通过软件或硬件初始化
  • 卡片端具有增强ESD保护功能(>6 kV)
  • 26 MHz集成式晶振
  • 卡片的时钟生成频率高达20 MHz（通过CLKDIV1和CLKDIV2信号进行1/2/4/8分频），具有同步频率变化
  • 使用针脚RSTIN可同相控制RST
  • 兼容ISO 7816、GSM11.11和EMV（支付系统）
  • 上电和断电以及上电复位时电源监控器可消除尖峰（阈值内部固定，或通过电阻桥外部固定）；不适用于TDA8024AT
  • 卡片发生接触时具有内置去抖功能
  • 一个多路复用状态信号处于关闭状态。
