恩智浦®MC33883是一款H桥栅极驱动器(又称全桥式预驱动器)集成电路，支持集成电荷泵以及独立式的高边和低边栅极驱动器通道。

  • 栅极驱动器通道由4个单独的输入引脚独立控制，因而该器件可任意配置为两个独立的高边栅极驱动器和两个独立的低边栅极驱动器。
  • 低边通道接地。高边通道为浮动通道
  • 栅极驱动器输出可提供并接受1.0A峰值电流脉冲, 可驱动大型栅极电荷MOSFET，和/或使用高脉宽调制(PWM)频率
  • 提供15V典型栅极电源的线性稳压器
