  • Arm® Cortex®-M4F内核,运行频率为180 MHz,带单精度浮点单元和8KB缓存。

  • 工作电压降至1.71 V时,仍可实现完整的存储器和模拟操作,延长了电池使用时间
  • 低漏电唤醒单元,带有多达7个内置模块和20个引脚,可作为低漏电停止(LLS)模式和超低漏电停止(VLLS)模式的唤醒源
  • 低功耗定时器支持系统在低功耗状态下持续运行

存储器

  • 高达2 MB闪存。支持快速访问,具备高可靠性,提供4级安全保护
  • 256 KB SRAM
  • FlexMemory:高达4 KB用户可分段的字节写入/擦除EEPROM,适用于数据表/系统数据。此外,高达256 KB的FlexNVM还可用于额外程序代码、数据或EEPROM备份

混合信号功能

  • 两个分辨率可配置的高速16位模数转换器(ADC)。
  • 两个12位数模转换器(DAC),可以为音频应用生成模拟波形
  • 4个高速比较器,可通过将脉宽调制(PWM)置于安全状态,提供快速准确的电机过流保护
  • 模拟参考电压可为模拟模块、ADC和DAC提供精确的参考值,代替外部参考电压,降低系统成本

定时和控制

  • 最多两个16位低功耗PWM定时器模块,两个8通道电机控制/通用/ PWM定时器和两个两路四解码器/通用定时器
  • 16位低功耗定时器,以及4个32位周期中断定时器
  • 载波调制定时器,用于在遥控应用中生成红外线波形
  • 4通道32位周期中断定时器可为实时操作系统任务调度程序提供时基,还可为ADC转换和可编程延迟模块提供触发源

人机接口

  • 带有多达16路输入的硬件触摸传感接口。可在所有低功耗模式下运行(启用时只增加极小的电流)。通过硬件实现避免了软件轮询方法。高灵敏度,允许使用厚达5毫米厚度的贴膜

连接与通信
