- 两个12位数模转换器(DAC)，可以为音频应用生成模拟波形
- 3个高速比较器，通过将脉宽调制(PWM)置于安全状态，提供快速准确的电机过流保护
- 模拟参考电压可为模拟模块、ADC和DAC提供精确的参考值，代替外部参考电压，降低系统成本

- ARM Cortex-M4内核+ DSP。120 MHz，单周期MAC，单指令多数据(SIMD)扩展，单精度浮点运算单元
- 外设和存储器用的多达16通道的DMA，使CPU负载更低，系统吞吐更快
- 交叉开关支持并发多主设备总线访问，增加总线带宽
- 独立的闪存Bank可以并发执行代码和固件更新，既不会影响性能，也无需复杂的编码例程
定时和控制
- 多达4个FlexTimer，总计20个通道。硬件死区时间插入和正交解码，用于电机控制
- 载波调制定时器，用于在遥控应用中生成红外线波形
- 4通道32位周期中断定时器可为实时操作系统任务调度程序提供时基，还可为ADC转换和可编程延迟模块提供触发源

- USB 2.0 OTG (全速)，带USB收发器。带嵌入式48 MHz振荡器的智能式设计，可采用USB无晶振系统设计。设备充电检测优化了便携式USB设备的充电电流/时间，延长了电池使用时间。低压稳压器可通过5 V输入为外部组件提供高达120 mA，3.3 V的片外供电

- 时钟独立的COP可防止时钟偏移或代码失控，适用于故障安全型应用(例如，针对家用电器的IEC 60730安全标准)
- 如果发生看门狗事件，外部看门狗监控器可将输出引脚置于安全状态外部组件
