JN5189产品组合旨在为新一代极低电流无线设备供电，支持Zigbee 3.0、Thread和IEEE 802.15.4。它提供数个低功耗模式，TX和RX功耗超低，因此由JN5189/88供电的设备可延长电池使用寿命。JN5189/88具有-100 dBm接收灵敏度和+11 dBm发射输出功率，提供可靠、稳健的通信性能。JN5189/88采用Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCU，可运行640 KB板载闪存和152 KB SRAM，具有充足的空间和较高的灵活性，适用于复杂的应用和OTA升级功能，无需外部存储器。它具有丰富的MCU外设和多个用于嵌入式连接应用的串行通信接口。JN5189T/88T内置了NFC NTAG，可实现免接触式NFC调试，从而简化了网络扩展。
