NXP's rugged LDMOS transistors enable new applications and can bring enhanced reliability and performance to legacy designs. This course describes the benefits of NXP's enhanced ruggedness LDMOS portfolio of devices that cover frequencies from 1.8 to 860 MHz and power levels from 300 W to 1.2 kW. The portfolio is being expanded this year to cover additional power ranges and frequencies to 2000 MHz.
The course will include demonstration of the extreme ruggedness of the NXP® "E" series of LDMOS devices. Application examples along with a summary of design tools and support options, including complete assembled pallet solutions from Richardson RFPD will also be shown.
