  • eDMA控制器
  • 交叉总线开关(XBS)支持嵌入式闪存EEPROM存储器、系统RAM、片上外设和外部设备(使用可选 外部总线接口(EBI) )之间的高效传输
  • 高达544KB的宽存取闪存EEPROM被划分为适用于程序存储的大块和适用于EEPROM模拟的小块
  • 高达32KB的系统RAM
  • 异步串行通信接口(eSCI)
