SA616是低压高性能单片FM IF系统，集成一个混频器/振荡器、两个限幅中频放大器、正交检波器、对数接收信号强度指示器(RSSI)、电压调节器以及音频和RSSI运算放大器。SA616采用SSOP20和HVQFN20封装。

SA616专门针对便携式通信应用而设计，其工作电压可低至2.7 V。RF部分与著名的SA615类似。音频和RSSI输出具有可访问反馈路径的放大器。因此，设计人员能够调整输出电平或添加滤波。

  • 45 MHz时17 dB的混频器转换功率增益
  • XTAL振荡器有效频率达150 MHz（LC振荡器或外部振荡器可在更高频率下使用）
  • 102 dB的IF放大器/限幅器增益
  • 2 MHz的IF放大器/限幅器小信号带宽
  • 温度补偿对数RSSI，具有80 dB动态范围
  • 外部元器件数少；适合晶体/陶瓷/ LC滤波器
  • 出色的灵敏度：在1 kHz音频信号（RF为45 MHz、IF为455 kHz）时，信噪和失真比(SINAD)为12 dB，对于50 Ω匹配网络为0.31 μV
  • SA616符合蜂窝无线电规范
  • 音频输出内部运算放大器
  • RSSI输出内部运算放大器
