NCX2222提供带开漏输出的双低电压低功耗比较器。

NCX2222的每个比较器都具有5μA的极低电源电流，保证在1.3V的低电压下可工作。其在高达5.5 V时完全可工作，因此便于在3.0 V和5.0 V系统中使用。
