低电阻单刀单掷模拟开关

NX3V1T66是低电阻单刀单掷模拟开关。其具有两个输入/输出端子（Y和Z）和有源高电平使能输入引脚(E)。引脚E为低电平时，模拟开关关闭。

施密特触发器在使能输入(E)处工作，这使得电路容许较慢的输入上升和下降时间。低输入电压阈值允许引脚E由低电平逻辑信号驱动，而没有显著增加电源电流ICC。这使NX3V1T66能够通过1.8 V的数字控制器切换4.3 V的信号，无需逻辑电平转换。

NX3V1T66允许具有高达VCC振幅的信号从Y传输到Z；或从Z传输到Y。其超低导通电阻(0.3 Ω)和平坦度(0.1 Ω)确保传输的信号具有最小衰减和失真。
