NX3L1T384是低电阻单刀单掷模拟开关。其具有两个输入/输出端子（Y和Z）和有源低电平使能输入引脚(E)。E为高电平时，模拟开关关闭。

施密特触发器在使能输入(E)处工作，这使得电路容许较慢的输入上升和下降时间。低输入电压阈值允许引脚E由低电平逻辑信号驱动，而没有显著增加电源电流ICC。这使NX3L1T384能够通过1.8 V的数字控制器切换4.3 V的信号，无需逻辑电平转换。

NX3L1T384允许具有高达VCC振幅的信号从Y传输到Z；或从Z传输到Y。其低导通电阻(0.5 Ω)和平坦度(0.13 Ω)确保传输的信号具有最小衰减和失真。

    • VCC = 2.7 V时为0.50Ω（典型值）
    • VCC = 4.3 V时为0.50 Ω（典型值）

  • ESD保护：
    • HBM JESD22-A114F 3A类超过7500 V
    • MM JESD22-A115-A超过200 V
    • CDM AEC-Q100-011修订版B超过1000 V
  • 低功耗CMOS
  • 闭锁性能超过JESD78B II类A级规定的100 mA
  • 1.8 V控制逻辑，VCC = 3.6 V
  • 控制输入接受高于电源电压的电压
  • 极低的电源电流，即便输入低于VCC
  • 高电流处理能力（3.3 V供电时有350 mA的连续电流）
  • 额定温度范围为-40°C至+85°C和-40°C至+125°C
