NX3L1G384是低电阻单刀单掷模拟开关。其具有两个输入/输出端子（Y和Z）和有源低电平使能输入引脚(E)。E为高电平时，模拟开关关闭。

施密特触发器在使能输入(E)处工作，这使得电路容许较慢的输入上升和下降时间。NX3L1G384允许具有高达VCC振幅的信号从Y传输到Z；或从Z传输到Y。其低导通电阻(0.5 Ω)和平坦度(0.13 Ω)确保传输的信号具有最小衰减和失真。
