恩智浦®MC34933是一个双通道H桥驱动器，具有多种应用，如自动聚焦控制，非常适用于数码相机市场。

采用恩智浦专有SMOS8 Bi CMOS工艺，为客户提供低功耗器件，并为电机驱动电源提供100uA的最大静态电流，为控制逻辑电源提供400uA的最大静态电流

采用VCC检测电路，检测逻辑电源开关何时处于关闭状态，最大电流为1uA，可延长电池使用时间

还为H桥驱动器提供热保护电路，可避免对IC内部功率MOSFET电路的损害。
