202107010F01 : i.MX RT1020/ i.MX RT1015 New Silicon Revision With New Part Number and Errata Update
NXP Semiconductors is announcing i.MX RT1020 and i.MX RT1015 maskset revision 1N87V (from 0N87V) which has been qualified with new part numbers MIMXRT1021xxxxB / MIMXRT1015xxxxB. The new mask revision has the below improvement: Fixed ERR050101 USB: Endpoint conflict issue in device mode. An endpoint conflict occurs when the USB is working in device mode during an isochronous communication. Due to the unprecedented supply constraints within the Semiconductor Industry and existing backlog profile new orders must be placed on the new replacement parts immediately. There are cases that existing backlog will need to be migrated to the replacement parts. NXP will work with each customer to manage those transitions. Please contact your NXP sales or marketing representative for additional information. i.MX RT1015/RT1020 data sheets were updated to revision 3 with adding new part numbers orderíng information. i.MX RT1015/RT1020 Errata were updated to revision 3: Add 3 additional errata: ERR050606: LPSPI: TCR value does not get resampled when polling the register ERR050607: LPSPI: TCR[FRAMESZ] can be ignored when TCR[TXMSK] = 1b1 ERR050538: SOC: Potential boot failure on system reset if SJC_DISABLE fuse is blown Update ERR050101 Fix in A1 revision.
