We have updated the following documents for the Dolphin product family TEF810xEN/N1:Functional Safety Manual UM11217 Rev.1.2: - Details see revision historyDatasheet Rev. 2.2: - Reference number for the Functional Safety Manual UM11217 update modifiedErratasheet Rev.9.0: - replaced ES v8.1 notification 4.3 for Solved Errata Section 5.34 - some items have been updated (see revision history) - new items 5.31 to 5.35 HW Application Note AN12322: - new chapter for the application of heatsink on exposed die package - updated section 2.3 (power supply)The Erratasheet and Application Note are attached to this CIN.Both documents are also valid for the Dolphin ED (TEF810xEN1/N1).The updated API sw (rev. 5.3.2) based on the Erratasheet items is also available.Please contact your local NXP account w.r.t. the API and documents.
