201908008F01 : AFSC5G35D37 External Site Expansion Qualified
NXP is pleased to announce qualification of an additional assembly site ASE Chung-Li Taiwan for AFSC5G35D37 and additional mMIMO modules for 5Gapplications. This additional site location continues NXP's capacity expansion to manufacture the AFSC5G35D37 and additional mMIMO modules to meet increasing market demands. This device was previously qualified for assembly in ASE Korea and NXP-ATKL. Datasheet Functional Table RF performance criteria remains unchanged.
