The expansion tape D-175D (which is compliant to future RoHS2/REACH regulation) was qualified and will be introduced to replaced D-175 tape.Please refer to the on-line qualification report.

变化的原因
The social responsibility requires stricter control of environmental issue and compliance for environmental regulation year by year. The official announcement of ROHS2/REACH has been released in EU. ROHS2/REACH lists specific restricted substances. Some components in the current D-175 will be on this list of restricted substances in the near future. This is why NXP proactively replaces D-175 with D-175D where these substances have been removed.
