NXP Semiconductors is announcing i.MX 6SoloLite Silicon Revision maskset revision 3N20G was qualified with new part numbers.This CIN is a follow up to the previous Advanced PCN 201705010A. Final PCN's will not be distributed for this change.The new mask revision improvements are below.1.There was a ROM modification change to help with overall device performance.2. New Part Numbers created and added to the datasheet.3. Datasheets were revised from rev.4 to rev.5 adding the new part numbers.4. See revision history for additional updates to the datasheets.
