201702027I : MPC5748G Maskset 0N78S Cut 3.0 Product Release
NXP Semiconductor is pleased to announce the launch of Cut3.0 design version for MPC5748G maskset 0N78S.This includes the 176LQFP and 256MAPBGA package types.MPC5748G Cut 3.0 0N78S is an enhancement to the existing MPC5748G Cut2 1N81M revision. This change adds the CAN-FD ISO/CD 11898-1: 2014-12-11 support as well as improvements to Ethernet Ethernet Switch and Low Power mode features. All changes were implemented to be backward compatible. The device assembly and test sites remain unchanged in their current locations. A Datasheet Reference Manual and Errata are also released to align with this launch.
