EINDHOVEN, The Netherlands, Sept. 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI) through its subsidiaries NXP B.V. and NXP Funding LLC, delivered notice on September 9, 2020 to the Trustee of its 4.125% Senior Notes due 2021 and 4.625% Senior Notes due 2022 that it will fully redeem on September 28, 2020, the $400 million of outstanding principal of the 4.625% Senior Notes due 2022 and the $1.35 billion of outstanding principal of the 4.125% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Note Redemption”).
The company will utilize cash on its balance sheet to fund the planned Note Redemption.
